You have a choice of stripping your roof, we will check your existing roof deck and replace any bad wood. We can install aScrew Down Metal roof over one layer of shingles on the home . We will remove all existing drip edge. Then strap the entire roof 2 feet on center and apply new drip edge on the lowest roof edge. We then lay panels and screw them 2 feet on center, with 3 inches up from the eves. Rake trim, flashing and cap are then installed.

We do a full inspection of your chimney while working on your roof.

At the end of your job we do a complete clean up and inspection. Clean up includes your yard and landscaping, we also use a magnetic sweeper to pick up any lose nails and haul off all old material from the work site.
